These SMS Terms & Conditions cover the text messages Neighborhood Dental sends to people who agree to receive them.
Program name: Neighborhood Dental Appointment Texts. Messages are sent by Harmon and Otteson Dental LLC (dba Neighborhood Dental) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
If you opt in, we may text you about scheduling the appointment you requested, answering your scheduling questions, and confirming your booking.
How You Agree
You receive these messages only if you opt in, for example by checking the optional text-message box on the appointment-request form on this website. The box is not checked for you, and you can submit the form without checking it. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out; after that, you will receive no further text messages from this program unless you opt in again.
