Restorative Care
Custom-fitted full and partial dentures, made to fit comfortably so you can eat, talk and smile without worrying about them.
Why consider modern dentures?
Missing teeth affect more than your smile. They can make eating and speaking harder, and over time the face can lose support and look sunken.
Today's dentures fit better and look more natural than older ones. For a few teeth or a full arch, we match the option to what you need.
Our Denture Solutions
Options fitted to your mouth and your needs.
Complete (Full) Dentures
For when all the teeth in your upper or lower arch are missing. A gum-colored base fits over your gums and holds a full set of replacement teeth, which restores your bite and supports your face.
Replaces a full arch of missing teeth
Supports your lips and cheeks
Tooth shape and shade chosen for a natural look
Partial Dentures
If you still have some healthy teeth, a partial denture fills the gaps. Replacement teeth sit on a gum-colored base that clasps onto your natural teeth. It also keeps your remaining teeth from drifting out of place.
Works with your remaining healthy teeth
Removable for easy cleaning
Keeps your other teeth from shifting
Implant-Retained Dentures
Also called snap-in dentures. A few implants are placed in the jawbone, and the denture snaps onto them. That means much less slipping and clicking, and most people no longer need denture adhesive.
More stable, so chewing is easier
Implants help slow bone loss in the jaw
Usually no denture adhesive needed
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get used to new dentures?
New dentures often feel awkward or bulky for the first few weeks. You may have some sore spots or extra saliva while your mouth adjusts. Start with soft foods cut into small pieces, and practice reading out loud. Most people adapt within a few weeks.
How long do dentures last?
With good care, dentures typically last 5 to 10 years. Your gums and jawbone change shape over time, so dentures can loosen. We may reline them (reshape the underside) or replace them to keep the fit right.
How should I clean my dentures?
Brush them every day with a soft denture brush and a non-abrasive denture cleaner. Regular toothpaste can scratch them. Soak them overnight in water or a mild denture solution so they don't dry out and lose their shape.
Do I still need to see the dentist if I have full dentures?
Yes. Even with no natural teeth, regular checkups matter. We check your gums for signs of disease or oral cancer, check the fit of your dentures, and clean them to remove plaque and tartar.
Can I sleep with my dentures in?
Now and then is fine, but we recommend taking them out at night. That gives your gums a rest from the pressure of wearing them all day. It also helps prevent fungal infections and bacteria buildup.
